Returns Policy

 

Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except if You have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a product which is different from the product described in the invoice (in which case the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of serial number, along with freebies and other accessories and the return should be initiated within two (2) days from date of order delivery), You can follow a few simple steps to initiate Your return within two (2 ) days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support team via email help@theskindietcompany.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide THE SKIN DIET CO. with Your order ID details and Your request to return/replace the defective/wrong items in Your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for Our reference.

Step 3: A THE SKIN DIET CO. delivery partner will pick up the products within two (2) to four (4) business days. THE SKIN DIET CO. will initiate the replacement process only if the products received by THE SKIN DIET CO. are in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact. The refunded amount, if through online payment will be refunded in seven (7) working days, and, if through COD, it will be refunded in fourteen (14) working days.

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave Our logistics partner's warehouse. In rare case that Your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, You can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund by following the steps enumerated herein-above.

Note: Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, THE SKIN DIET CO. will refund You the full amount.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that You want to cancel have not been shipped yet, You can write to Our customer support team on help@theskindietcompany.com or chat with us.

Cancellation of order is also available via the orders section in the THE SKIN DIET CO. Site.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to You within seven (7) working days after the cancellation request is accepted by Us.

Cancellation post shipment:

Once the item has been shipped/the package has been handed over to the delivery partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
